Notice to Our EU Customers

From 1 July 2026, the EU is introducing a €3 customs charge on orders under €150 coming from outside the EU. If your order includes different types of products, more than one charge may apply.

This is an EU-wide change and isn’t set by us, but we want to make sure you’re aware before placing your order.

Order Cut-Offs

• Orders placed after the specified cut-off times will be processed and shipped the following working day.
• Orders placed on a weekend with next-day delivery will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

 

Delivery Updates

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.
• Delivery timeframes start the day after your order is placed unless otherwise stated.
• The delivery timeframes listed are dispatch timeframes. During busy periods, delivery times may be extended.
