28-Day Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 28 days of the date you received your order. After 28 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
Conditions for Acceptable Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and Resellable Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them, showing no signs of wear, use, or damage.
- Original Packaging and Labels: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original labels attached.
- Clean and Odor-Free: Items must be free from smoke, pet hair, stains, and any other contaminants.
- Unwashed: Items must be returned unwashed.
Please note: Socks and underwear are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Items that show signs of wear or use.
- Items with strong odors, stains, or pet hair.
- Items that have been washed.
- Socks and underwear.

Return Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time and Information
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
- You can check the tracking information to verify that your parcel has arrived at our returns department.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.

Reporting Damaged or Missing Items (48-Hour Policy)
- Please report any damaged packaging or missing/damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and/or items.
- Please email these photographs and a description of the problem to info@henrimarcstore.com.
Returning Faulty Products (14-Day Policy)
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@henrimarcstore.com within 14 days of receipt.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the faulty item.
- Please provide photographs of the fault.
Our No-Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

FAQ
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive the item, and inspect it, it takes 5-7 working days for us to process it, and then 3-5 working days for your bank to process it.
Do I have to use the returns portal?
No, you can use a courier of your choice, but we recommend our portal for ease of use.
What if my item is damaged in transit back to you?
Please use a trackable service, and if you are concerned, insure the parcel.
